SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping Hermosa Handbags!
Your purchase shall be sent to the address placed on the order by you within 2 to 10 days from acceptance of order and received payment of same, at the cost specifically indicated on the Website. Of course any custom orders or wholesale orders will be discussed and will take longer to be made and delivered, as everything is made by hand, one by one in Arizona. Hermosa Handbags reserves the right to accept or refuse requests for delivery beyond the boundaries of the United States. If orders outside the United Sates are accepted, delivery expenses and estimated delivery times may be subject to change.
2. The estimated times for delivery indicated by shipper are merely an estimate and a delay to the same, or any delivery shall not entitle the Customer to refuse the delivery or request compensation or indemnity.
3. At the time of delivery, the Client shall be required to check:

that the number of packages delivered corresponds to the number shown on the delivery note.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Customer can alternatively use the pre-printed return label sticker included in the envelope inside the box in which the order has been shipped. The products shall be delivered for shipment to the carrier indicated on the return label sticker within 2 working days from the date of receipt. In this case we will charge you shipping costs that will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
Product must be returned in perfect condition and never been used. All parts and in their original packaging (envelopes and packaging), having been kept and used only for the time (24 hours) strictly necessary to establish and verify their condition, features and size, in accordance with normal diligence, there being no signs of wear or dirt.
In any case, Customer shall forfeit the right to cancel should Hermosa Handbags discover any of the following:

that the returned product and/or its accessories, and/or its packaging are not intact;

that the product is without its external package and or the original internal packaging;
-
that the product is missing some of its integral parts and/or accessories (such as., fastenings, ties, buckles, etc.).
Should the right to cancel be forfeited, Hermosa Handbags shall arrange to return the purchased product to the sender, debiting the shipping costs from the same.
